Where is pickup?
We offer contactless pickup in Courtice, Ontario. The exact pickup address will be provided in your order confirmation email after purchase.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery across Durham Region and Clarington on select delivery days. Delivery windows will be listed when ordering.

What if I don't live in Durham Region/Clarington? 
We're currently working on delivery and shipping across Ontario. We're not there yet! But, stay tuned!

How big are your cookies?
Our cookies are thick, bakery-style cookies — roughly 4 inches wide and loaded with mix-ins. They’re big, indulgent, and meant to be satisfying.

How much protein is in each cookie?
Each cookie contains approximately 15–16g of protein.

How do your cookies contain 15–16g of protein?
We use a blend of natural whey protein, casein protein, and milk powder in our dough. These ingredients add protein while still allowing us to keep the soft, bakery-style texture we love.

The rest of the cookie is made the old-fashioned way — with real butter, eggs, sugar, flour, and generous mix-ins.

Are these “healthy” cookies?
Not exactly — and we’re honest about that.

Core Cravings cookies are gourmet bakery cookies made with real ingredients like butter, sugar, eggs, and chocolate. The protein is simply a bonus.

Think of them as an indulgent cookie that happens to have protein, not a diet cookie.

How many calories are in a cookie?
Our cookies are indulgent bakery-style cookies and typically range between 380–400 calories per cookie, depending on the flavour.

How long do your cookies stay fresh?
For the best experience, enjoy your cookies within 2–3 days of receiving them.

Can I freeze my cookies?
Yes! Our cookies freeze beautifully.

Place them in an airtight container or freezer bag and freeze for up to 2–3 months. To enjoy, simply thaw at room temperature for about 1 hour.

Do you offer gluten-free cookies?
At this time, our cookies are not gluten free.

Do your cookies contain dairy or eggs?
Yes. Our cookies contain butter, eggs, and milk-based ingredients, including whey and casein protein.

Are your cookies nut-free?
Some flavours may not contain nuts, however our kitchen does process nut ingredients. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely nut-free.

Are your protein cookies suitable for kids?

Our cookies are made with whey protein, casein, and milk powder, which are all dairy-based proteins (the same types of proteins found in milk, yogurt, and cheese).

They are generally suitable for older children and teens, especially active kids involved in sports, dance, or other activities.

Because each cookie contains about 15–16g of protein, we recommend:

• School-age kids: half a cookie

• Teens or very active kids: one cookie

• Not recommended for toddlers

• Not suitable for anyone with dairy allergies

Our cookies are still a treat — just made with real ingredients and added protein.

Do you ship your cookies?
Currently we offer local pickup in Courtice, ON and delivery in Durham Region and Clarington (minimum order: 6 cookies).
