Pickup, Delivery & Cookie Policies

We like to keep things simple, clear, and (most importantly) delicious.

Here’s everything you need to know before placing an order 👇

🍪 How Our Weekly Drops Work

We release fresh cookies in limited quantities once per week.

• Drops go live at 9:00 AM

• Orders close at 9:00 PM (or sooner if we sell out)

• Once they’re gone… they’re gone

This helps us keep everything fresh, small-batch, and actually worth obsessing over.

📍 Pickup Details

All orders are available for pickup in Courtice, Ontario.

• Pickup days: Thursday & Friday following the drop

• You’ll receive exact pickup details after placing your order

• Please arrive within your selected pickup window

🚗 Local Delivery

We currently offer delivery within Durham Region & Clarington.

• Delivery takes place on Thursday

• Minimum order: 6 cookies

• Delivery times are estimated (we’ll do our best to be punctual, but we are a cookie company—not Amazon)

We’re working on expanding delivery to the rest of Ontario soon 👀

❄️ Storage (aka: Yes, You Should Stock Up)

Our cookies stay fresh for:

• 3–4 days at room temperature (in their packaging)

Want them to last longer?

• Freeze them for up to 1 month

• When ready to eat: let thaw for about 1 hour

Pro tip: order extra now, thank yourself later.

⚠️ Order Changes & Cancellations

Because everything is baked fresh to order:

• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they are placed

• Double-check your order before checking out

🚫 Refunds

All sales are final.

That said—if something isn’t right with your order, we want to know.

Email us at hello@corecravings.ca within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

📦 Missed Pickups

If you miss your pickup window:

• We’ll hold your order for a limited time (at our discretion)

• After that, your cookies may no longer be available

(No one wants that outcome. Not you. Not us.)
